Serbia and Montenegro - now with separate country codes

International dialing code +381, which was used for Serbia and Montenegro will be used only for Serbia. The new code for Montenegro is +382.
For our current users from Montenegro the code change was automatic. Our future users can follow the standard registration by entering the appropriate country code. We wish you enjoyable talks with your friends and relatives from Bulgaria. :-)
